Hello, I’m Brian Sanderson, and since 2017 it has been my joy and
privilege to serve as Pastor here at Black Creek Methodist Church.
Ministry has been a part of my life for over twenty-four years, but
being here with this congregation feels like coming home.

I’m blessed to share this journey with my wonderful wife of
twenty-four years, Faith—so yes, I can truly say, “I have Faith!”
Together, we have two amazing kids: Bryce, and Abbey. Being a husband
and father is one of my greatest callings, and I am so thankful for
the love and support of my family as we serve God’s people.

Before coming to Black Creek, I spent twelve years as a Youth Pastor
and then served as Senior Pastor in several churches, including First
UMC of Madison, Lee UMC, and Druid Hills UMC in Ocala. Along the way,
God led me to deepen my understanding of His Word and calling by
attending Asbury Theological Seminary, where I graduated in 2013 with
a Master of Divinity.

What I love most about ministry is seeing lives changed by the love of
Christ—whether through worship, service, fellowship, or simply sharing
a meal together. I look forward to continuing this journey with each
of you as we grow in faith, serve our community, and share the hope of
the gospel.
